He nodded and rose to his paws, shaking his pelt out from any debris that may have gathered on it while they sat and spoke to one another. He yawned and looked down to the vole and then over to her squirrel realizing they had yet to eat their meals. He snapped out of his thoughts hearing her ask if he had a place to stay and that she could help him with hunting and fighting.

"That would be great and no, I have no where to stay. I've been traveling for the past 3 sunrises." he said to SilenceStar but grew silent seeing the female duck her head and close her eyes. Knowing something was wrong he decided to ask, "Everything okay.." he mewed to the white leader.

She remained quiet for a while longer, feeling the breeze that cut through the woods. A slight purr broke her silence as she opened her eyes, gazing at him she gave a curt nod. "Everything is okay.. And CrowClan would love to have you as a guest in our camp."

Leaping to her paws she gave a shake of her pelt, before catching a glimpse of the prey that lay on the ground, growing hot under her pelt she to realized that had yet to eat, she had been distracted with telling him about what GrayStrike told her. Puffing out her fur, she gave a twitch of her nose.

"Let us eat before we make the travel back to camp, it's quite a walk from here despite bordering our territory.." Flattening an ear she gave him an embarrassed look.

He nodded before turning to his meal. He crouched low and began to pick at it having never had anything other than kitty-pet food in his life. After getting a taste of the vole a please sensation flooded the toms body. His mouth watered as the flavors filled his mouth. It was the best thing he's ever tasted in his life. The tom soon finished the vole that the she-cat caught for him and when he finished he gave himself a quick grooming while he waited for SilenceStar to finish her squirrel.

SilenceStar's jaw parted in a yawn, watching the tom for a few moments before turning her attention to the meal she had before her. Taking the last few bites of her squirrel she stretched out her limbs and nodded to you.

"Are you ready Jay?" She mewled as she kneeded the ground, disturbing the dirt and dust below her paws. "We will reach camp by the time the moon rises if we leave now." Turning her head, she looked back towards the direction she came.

The tom cat rose and gave the she-cat a nod. "Yes, I'm ready to go but I didn't realize how big the forest is and how long it would take to get there." he said as he trotted towards her with his tail flicking back and forth gently.

"How long have you been the Leader of CrowClan?" he asked as they began their journey back towards the CrowClan Camp.

"The forest is rather large, it's home to four clans." She smiled as she padded along the forest ground, her tail swishing side to side. "There's land that the clans have left alone and more beyond that." She scrunched her nose in thought.

"Oh.. And I've only been the leader for a moon." She responded, pausing at the border of the outlands and CrowClan territory. "this here is the border." She flicked her tail back and forth signaling it.
